Career Growth

Whether you are preparing for retirement, or in the first years of your career, charting your growth path is essential. You are the master designer of your story, but it can be hard to get clear on what you really want – and how to get there. I will help you connect the disparate ideas, dreams, and reality to help you take action toward a new role; a promotion; a career transition; sabbatical, or retirement. We can’t figure everything out on our own. My goal in all career coaching sessions is to offer you a confidential space to process big ideas, one that isn’t quite possible with your friends, family, or colleagues.

Well-Being

Where does your energy come from? How do you nurture it? Well-being is bigger than wellness. It’s not about cycling you through self-improvement plans, it’s about helping you feel whole. We’ll open space to slow down and go deep into your emotional, physical, and spiritual well. First we will audit your habits to realign with your strengths, values, and purpose; and then mitigate your inner critic so you can fully trust yourself. In short, our sessions will be focused on your holistic thriving. Because when you are resourced and grounded, everything else in your life moves with more clarity and power.‍

‍Parental Leave

My newest offering is coaching for working mothers preparing or returning from taking parental leave. Research shows that taking parental leave is the most significant and stressful event in a women’s career. This transition is amplified for new parents and leaders, whom have additional uncertainty around how to support their families, their teams, and themselves. We will take a compassionate yet focused approach on mitigating stressors and defining the tension between vision and your limitations. This is will be a gift not only to your organization, but to yourself.

Women’s Leadership

This is not the warm and fuzzy stuff. You want to make a real difference. You want to go for the promotion, stop apologizing, and wipe the dust off your dreams. I work with current and aspiring women leaders to take the leap and rediscover their power. I will challenge you, support you, and help you experience the mighty world that lies beyond your comfort zone. We will also get real on how to navigate the systematic barriers in the workplace - and how to avoid them when YOU are in charge.

Photography

My photography captures you in your element—strong, grounded, and fully yourself - so the image reflects not just how you look, but what you are building, exploring and becoming.

You. In your element.

In seasons of change, photography reflects your resilience back to you. When woven together with coaching, the growth isn’t just internal—it becomes embodied and visible.

Together, we will…
