ICF Certified Professional Coach (CPC, PCC)

I love helping people, especially women, discover and develop their potential through moments of career change and disruption. I began my career coaching athletes with disabilities in Alaska and Colorado, where I learned early on that growth is not about fixing what is “broken,” but honoring the whole person.

As my career evolved, I experienced my own professional highs and lows. I loved my work and yet felt frustrated and unfulfilled. I kept asking myself, Why does a career I care so deeply about draining me? That question became even sharper as I watched women navigate major transitions, particularly parental leave, without the support, space, or permission to recalibrate who they were becoming.

I dove into organizational psychology research to find answers. Two years later, I emerged with a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a clearer truth. Sustainable careers are built on human needs, not hustle. We need to feel valued and respected. We need purpose, trust, and connection. And women, especially during seasons like motherhood and caregiving, need space to experiment, pause, redefine success, and sometimes fail safely.

I became an ICF PCC Certified Coach to support female professionals through career growth, transition, and reinvention. For over a decade, I have partnered with women navigating parental leave, role changes, burnout, and identity shifts, helping them make intentional choices that honor both ambition and wellbeing.

My work blends empathy, creativity, and accountability to support you as a whole person, not just a title or a resume. I believe deeply in vitality, clarity, and thriving across work and life, and I help my clients build careers that evolve with who they are, not who they used to be.

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style.” - Maya Angelou
